Ashlie Castaldo is the Social Media Manager/Community Liaison for the Duluth Harbor Monsters Arena Football Team and Marketing Director for Nexus Domes. She is a 2X Marsum Top 100 Marketing Award-winning leader and influencer, with noted published works such as: “Being an Advocate From Your Bubble”, “The Trump-Taiban Meeting and the PR of Forgiveness,” and “Hasan Minaj: Millennial Influence Icon”. On the Commission of Disabilities, Ashlie has been pivotal in elevating its role in Duluth, MN via empathy-led advocacy. She wrote and passed (unanimously) Duluth’s R word Resolution to assist in a zero tolerance policy against hate speech arising in the community, and is a founding and leading member in the Snow Removal Task Force. Her work is predominantly focused on all things social media and political consumerism. Ashlie lives in Duluth with her family and likes trying new food and reading a good book.
